Copyright notices
A notice should identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, the complainant’s contact details, a good-faith statement, an accuracy statement and an authorised signature.
Review and action
We review sufficiently detailed notices and may forward them to the customer, request more information, restrict access or remove material where legally required or appropriate.
Counter-notices
A customer may submit a counter-notice identifying the removed material, explaining the good-faith basis for restoration, providing contact details and consenting to the relevant legal process where required.
Repeat infringement
Accounts repeatedly involved in substantiated infringement may be suspended or terminated.
