Agreement and eligibility
By ordering, accessing or using a HostAngle service, you agree to these Terms, the applicable order details and any service-specific rules shown during checkout. You must provide accurate account and billing information and have legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Orders, payments and renewals
Prices, billing cycles, taxes and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Services may renew automatically where enabled in WHMCS. You are responsible for keeping payment information current and reviewing invoices and renewal notices.
Service delivery
Provisioning times vary by product, payment verification, stock, domain registry, third-party platform and custom configuration. Estimated delivery times are not guarantees unless expressly stated in writing.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for your content, credentials, software, backups not expressly included in your plan, and lawful use of the service. You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and promptly address abuse or security notices.
Suspension and termination
HostAngle may restrict, suspend or terminate a service for non-payment, abuse, security risk, unlawful activity, material breach or urgent protection of infrastructure and users. Where practical, we will provide notice and a chance to resolve the issue.
Domains and third-party services
Domain registrations, SSL, Cloudflare and other third-party products are also subject to provider or registry rules. Availability, pricing, validation and renewal can change outside HostAngle’s control.
Liability
Services are provided with reasonable care but internet services can experience interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, HostAngle is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Any direct liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service during the relevant billing period.
Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal or operational changes. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
